Who does Goodwill help?
Goodwill serves those with barriers to employment. This includes individuals with disabilities, people with limited work history, those who have experienced corporate downsizing and recipients of government support programs. Goodwill's services are designed to meet the training and placement needs of the individual.
How often do you put out new merchandise?
New merchandise is processed, priced and sent to the floor everyday Monday thru Saturday.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept, cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and local checks, with proper ID.
Do you honor Goodwill cards, and coupons from other Goodwill agencies?
We offer a 10% discount to anyone with a Goodwill frequent shopper card. We will honor their coupons up to 10% off the amount of purchase. Limited to one discount per visit. We can not honor any other agencies vouchers, or credit slips.
What happens to donated items that aren't sold at Goodwill stores?
Our goal is to try to generate money to fund Goodwill programs from every item that is donated. So in most cases, we'll do what we can to get items in salable shape. As for items that can't be sold in our stores, we've found other creative uses for them. For instance, some member Goodwill’s recycle old clothing scraps into industrial wipes (cleaning cloths) for industrial buyers. Other items that are too damaged for retail sales are sold to salvage brokers.

Are you hiring?
Job openings will always be posted at the front of the store. But Goodwill is always accepting applications.
Why are the price tags different colors?
The color indicates how long merchandise has been in the store. Each week a different color clothing and linen tag is on sale.
Do you wash the clothes before you sell them?
No, 95% of the donated clothing is already washed before it is donated, any that has not been is sent to recycling.
Do you repair broken or damaged items?
Most items now days cost more to repair then they can be resold for.
